Service Cancellation
In order to cancel service, SelectNet will need a written request from
an authorized contact* stating which services should be cancelled.
The authorized contact may email us at support@select.net with their
written request.
Unless your serivces are subject to our 30 day satisfaction guarantee,
your service will be terminated at the end of your current contract term
(service period).
If after submitting your request you do not hear back from a SelectNet
representative by the next business day, please call Customer Service
at 760-438-9555 to check on the status of your cancellation request and make sure there was not a
problem receiving your email.
*Typically the authorized contact is the person who signed the service agreement or order form, or who verbally requested a service. We can, at our discretion, cancel an account for a person having a Letter of Authorization or Power of Attorney as an agent or consultant for a client's organization. Depending upon the terms of the agreement, a prior notification period may be required.
