CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: August 16, 2001
In order to cancel service, SelectNet will need a written request from an authorized
contact* stating which services should be cancelled. You may fill out our web form,
print out the Adobe Acrobat form and FAX or mail it to SelectNet,
e-mail a message to customerservice@select.net, or send a letter by postal mail or by fax.
Unless your serivces are subject to Special Provisions (see your service order form) with respect to cancellation of service, or our 30 day satisfaction guarantee (web hosting only), your service will be
terminated at the end of your contract term (billing cycle or service period). If, after submitting your cancellation request,
you don't hear back from a SelectNet representative within 5 business days, please call
Customer Service at 760-438-9555 to assure there was not a problem with the transmission.
Upon receipt of notice of cancellation, SelectNet shall send written confirmation via e-mail, which shall indicate the effective date of cancellation. If Customer does not receive this e-mail confirmation within 2 business days, please call SelectNet and speak to a representative.
*Typically the entity/person who is listed on and signed the Order Form |
