1. All (1) equipment and service components and (2) IP Addresses obtained by SelectNet Internet Services provided to customer for use on Customer's premises for connection to SelectNet's network; constitute proprietary assets of SelectNet Internet Services and are, and shall at all times remain, the sole and exclusive property of SelectNet Internet Services

2. Customer shall not at any time or for any purpose use any of the SelectNet Internet Services assets except in accordance with the uses expressly permitted by SelectNet Internet Services and then only in the form and for the periods authorized by SelectNet Internet Services in this Agreement or any other written instrument duly executed by SelectNet Internet Services

3. Customer agrees that they will not abuse or otherwise damage the equipment while in Customer's possession, that Customer will operate the equipment according to manufacturer specifications, and will return the equipment in good condition (except for deterioration from normal usage) to SelectNet upon the termination of SelectNet's service to Customer.

4. In connection with installation, testing or subsequent service relating to your connection with the SelectNet network, it may be necessary for SelectNet personnel or its authorized representatives to possibly reconfigure some aspects of your computer system. It is possible that such activities might inadvertently result in the loss of certain programming on your computer system that could be important to you, and you hereby agree that it is your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements to prepare diskettes of all such important information prior to the installation, testing or service. You hereby agree that neither SelectNet nor the SelectNet installers will be responsible in any manner for any loss of, or damage to, any information or programming on your computer system or any breach or violation of any manufacturer's or other warranty relating to your computer or any elements included in your computer system which may occur as a result of any installation, testing or later service conducted by SelectNet or the SelectNet installers you have requested with respect to SelectNet components or other equipment or programming.
